Description

The B10 property returns seasonal component. After replacing the outliers with respective values taken from B9, the 7-term weighted moving average is applied to S-I differences (ratios) in B8. Obtained estimation of seasonal component is corrected so that the sum of its values for each year was equal to 0 (additive model) or 12.0 (multiplicative model).
