To successfully install Foresight Analytics Platform via a remote connection using RemoteDesktop in Windows OS, the installer folder must not contain MSI files of the help system. If MSI files of the help system are stored in the same folder with the Foresight Analytics Platform installer, the installation may be rolled back. It is caused by using Chained MSI technology in Windows Installer 4.5, that is, MSI files are started after the basic application is installed.
For correct remote installation of Foresight Analytics Platform, install Foresight Analytics Platform and help system separately. To separately install Foresight Analytics Platform to the folder where main installer is located must not contain help system MSI installer. After installing Foresight Analytics Platform start help system MSI installer.
