The help system is delivered with the product software package and can be installed using the installers:
In Linux OS:
FP10.5help_ru.run. Local help in Russian for the web application. Help system search is available only by keywords in the index.
FP10.5help_en.run. Local help in English for the web application. Help system search is available only by keywords in the index.
NOTE. To get the installer, contact technical support by sending a request to support@fsight.ru or use technical support services, which are available after registration at the website.
In Windows OS:
FP10Help_RU.msi. Local help in Russian as a set of CHM files for the desktop application.
FP10Help_EN.msi. Local help in English as a set of CHM files for the desktop application.

To run the help system installer in Linux OS, make sure that the FP10.5help_ru.run or FP10.5help_en.run installer is on the computer with installed web application and execute the command:
sudo <path to installer>/<installer name>
After executing the operations the help system is available at:
http://<web server>:<port number>/fp10.x/help/<two-letter language code>/help.htm
Where:
<web server>. IP address or DNS name of the server, on which web application back end is installed.
<port number>. Number of the port, on which web application back end is available. The 8110 port is used by default.
<two-letter language code>. Two-letter language code, depending on the installer in use:
ru. Russian.
en. English.
To install help system in Windows OS automatically with installing Foresight Analytics Platform, make sure that MSI help system installers are stored in the same folder with the installer of Foresight Analytics Platform. Help systems are installed after installing Foresight Analytics Platform. The list of installed applications of Foresight Analytics Platform programs and each help system will have different records (see Control Panel > Get/Uninstall Programs). On deleting Foresight Analytics Platform the help systems are automatically deleted.
NOTE. If on installing Foresight Analytics Platform Russian, Ukrainian or Kazakh language was selected, the Russian help system is automatically installed, otherwise the English help system is installed. If the required help installer is not found, the existing help system is installed, independently on the selected language.
To install help system individually in Windows OS, start the MSI installer FP10Help_RU.msi or FP10Help_EN.msi.
NOTE. If under one transaction a number of installers are started, on occurring an error in one of them, all of the installations will be rolled back including the Foresight Analytics Platform. To successfully install Foresight Analytics Platform via a remote connection using RemoteDesktop, the installer folder must not contain MSI files of the help system. For details see the Installation Features section.
