The <MapContentMilestone> item contains description of a milestone with arbitrary content.
It includes the following items:
Content contains description of the component used as an icon.
NOTE. Currently the icon with arbitrary content is not yet implemented.

| Shape | MapShape | The form identifier to which the icon in the StartShape: "{ShapeId}” format is binded. If no attribute is specified the milestone is bound to the entire map. Binding is a link with the item relative to which the milestone coordinates are calculated. |

| OffsetType | MapMilestoneOffsetType | It indicates whether the Offset attribute contains absolute or relative offset. Available values:
