Setting Up Data: Data entry form

To set up aggregation of several values of table area fixed dimension elements, use the Data group of parameters on the side panel:

To open the Data group of parameters:

Select a cell or a cell range in the table area.
Click the Parameters button on the toolbar. The side panel opens.
Select the Table area type in the drop-down menu of the side panel title.

Aggregation enables the user to combine values of elements selected in fixed dimensions.

To set aggregation, select the method in the drop-down list:

None. No aggregation is executed. Default value.
Sum. Values of fixed dimensions elements are summed.
Minimum. Minimum value is selected for fixed dimension elements.
Maximum. Maximum value is selected for fixed dimension elements.
From Source Dimensions. Fixed dimensions use aggregation according to the set aggregation methods of source dimensions.
Average. The average of fixed dimension elements is determined considering empty values.

To set up separate filtering for sidehead and heading dimensions, select the Separate Filtering for Heading and Sidehead checkbox. The checkbox is deselected by default.

When the checkbox is selected, one can set up filtering for heading and sidehead.
