To set up security level based access permissions, use the Security Levels tab on the Properties side panel in the web application and in the Access Control Settings dialog box in the desktop application.
NOTE. The setup is available only if the levels based access control method is selected.
Setting up security level parameters enables the user to assign levels of access to stored information for objects.
NOTE. Multiple selection is available for object classes to set up parameters when opening the Access Control Settings dialog box in the desktop application or on the Access Permissions side panel in the web application. After the permissions are determined, access permissions are set for each selected class object.
Select the access level value that limits the ability of a user of a user group to work with the object in the drop-down list in the Access Level box.
