An SQL command is used to create new and change existing custom tables.
To add an SQL command:
In the update manager in the web application select the SQL Command update object type in the drop-down menu of the
Add Object to Update button on the toolbar.
In the desktop application:
Select the SQL Command update object type in the drop-down menu of the
Add Object to Update button on the toolbar.
Select the Add SQL Command item in the update structure's context menu.
After executing one of the operations the SQL Command dialog box opens.
NOTE. When separating administrators roles creation an SQL command is available for the application administrator only.
To edit parameters of the selected SQL command:
In the update wizard in the web application:
Select the Edit item in the SQL command's context menu.
Double-click the SQL command.
In the desktop application:
Select the Edit item in the SQL command's context menu.
Double-click the SQL command.
Press F4.
After executing one of the operations the SQL Command dialog box opens.
To rename SQL command in update structure:
Select the Rename item in the SQL command's context menu.
Click the SQL command.
Press F2.
NOTE. Renaming SQL command in update structure is available only in the desktop application. To rename SQL command in the web application, change the Name parameter in the SQL Command dialog box.
