Flash

Flash movies enable the user to insert interactive objects such as animated charts and maps into the report. The Fore language can be used to process the events generated by Flash movies.

To add a Flash movie to the report sheet:

  1. Specify the cell range to house the movie.

  2. Select the Illustrations > Flash item in the Illustrations group of the Insert ribbon tab.

After this, the Load Flash from File standard dialog box for adding the object opens.

A Flash object is shown on a report sheet as image of its first shot. To view the movie, activate this object.

If another object or a cell (or a cell range) is selected when a movie is being viewed, the movie will be paused. After repeated activation, the Flash movie resumes from the moment when it was paused.
