Simplified Creating of Arrows

To add an arrow:

1. Select the required layer in the Layers and Indicators area.

2. Click the Add button and select the Arrows item in the menu that opens.

The Arrow Format dialog box opens that is used to set up arrow parameters.

To edit arrow parameters:

• Select the required arrow in the Layers and Indicators area and click the Edit button.

• Double-click on the selected arrow.

The Arrow Format dialog box opens that is used to set up the following arrow parameters:

• Basic Settings.

• Line Format Settings.

• Label Format Settings.

To highlight arrows, go to the Parameters tab in the Map Properties dialog box and select the Highlight Arrows with Territories checkbox. When the checkbox is selected, the arrow is highlighted if the mouse cursor hovers over its source territory.

NOTE. To ensure correct execution of this option, highlighting mode should be selected for the map.

To delete the arrow:

1. Select the arrow in the Layers and Factors area.

2. Click the Delete button.

A confirmation dialog box opens.
