Selecting Data Sources

Specify source name and identifier in the appropriate boxes.

NOTE. Only English letters, numbers and underscores are allowed; spaces are not allowed.

Select the source dictionary in the drop-down list.

The following dictionaries can be used as a source dictionary:

• MDM dictionary.

• Table MDM dictionary.

• Composite MDM dictionary.

• Composite table MDM dictionary.

Link attributes of the composite dictionary and attributes of the source dictionary, if there are any. The Attribute column displays identifiers of all existing attributes in the composite dictionary, except for system attributes. Specify identifier of the source dictionary attribute in the Linked column.

To edit properties of the selected source:

• Click the Edit button.

• Select the Edit item in the source's context menu.

• Double-click the source name with the main mouse button.

Enter the required changes in the Source Properties dialog box.

To delete the selected source:

• Click the Delete button.

• Press CTRL + DELETE.

• Select the Delete item in the source's context menu.

A confirmation to execute the operation is requested.
