Data View Area

To manage a set of available views, use Table, Chart, Map buttons in the Working Area group on the View ribbon tab.

If the button is pressed, the corresponding view is available for the user.

To change the mode of data layout, use:

• The button for selecting data view layout in the upper right corner of the workbook. The button icon corresponds to the view layout mode in use.

NOTE. The button for selecting the mode of data view layout is available if two or more views are enabled.

• The Layout button located in the Working Area group on the View ribbon tab.

The following modes of view layout are available:

• . On tabs. One selected data display mode is used. For example, table.

• . Vertically. Data can be presented in multiple forms simultaneously. A vertical panel is used to display each form.

• . Horizontally. Data can be presented in multiple forms simultaneously. A horizontal panel is used to display each form.

To show or hide views, use the button group in the upper right part of the workbook sheet.

NOTE. Buttons for selecting data view type are available if two or more views are enabled.

The principles of working and position of buttons depend on the view layout mode in use:

• On tabs. Radio buttons control the view modes. If the radio button is selected, the view is displayed. Only one radio button can be selected at a time, for example:

• Horizontally or vertically. Buttons control the view modes. If the button is pressed, the corresponding view is displayed. Multiple buttons can be pressed at a time:
