On working with regular report, dashboards or express report it is possible to enable icon display for cells for which user has no permissions or for cells of calculated elements.
It is possible to display access permissions to data, if as data source the time series database is used.
NOTE. On working in regular report the function can be enabled only for desktop application.
A time series database may have different access permissions for different data ranges. Data range is a subset of data that is defined by setting selection for a dimension or calendar of the time series database. Access permissions for data ranges are defined in the security manager on the Discretionary Access Control and in theAccess Control Settings dialog box of the object context menu.
To enable displaying lock icons, select the Select Read-Only Cells flag of the Formatting tab on the Table side panel group:
After the setting is enabled in the cells for which the user has no permissions, the icons are displayed:
The icons are displayed in the calculated elements cells:
If the table contains both cell for which the user has no permissions and cells of calculated elements, all icons will be displayed in the table:
The constraints to read and write data for Republic Mariy El were set and the constraints to write were set for Republic Tatarstan. The table displays totals by columns.
NOTE. On working in regular report, it is possible to enable icon displaying for cells where the permissions to read or write data range are limited without displaying icons for calculated element cells.
