Getting Started with Prognoz Word Add-In

• Main menu. It contains a list of commands that are used to execute various operations with a presentation.

• Ribbon. It contains the PROGNOZ tab. It is used to work with Prognoz Word add-In.

• Working area. It is used to build a presentation.

• The Title Panel. It is used to display title. It is available only on adding express reports.

• The Report Objects panel. It is used to work with the objects inserted into a report.

• The Controls Panel. It is used to work with controls.

• Status bar. It is used to display the state of the current slide, selected mode and zoom.

Add-in language should be the same as the Microsoft Office language. The language of internal dialog boxes such as login dialog box and dialog box to select file from the repository matches the Prognoz Platform 9 interface language.

• The Microsoft Word Trust Center may prevent the add-in from starting. To unlock the add-in and get more information, please refer to Microsoft Word description.

• The add-in cannot be started if its version differs from the installed Prognoz Platform 9 version. Install the add-in of the same version as the Prognoz Platform 9.

• After installing the add-in to Microsoft Office, the PROGNOZ tab may not be displayed on the ribbon. Problem solution is described in the Solving Possible Working Problems section.
