Setting Up Modeling and Forecasting Parameters in Web Application

To set up parameters of the Modeling and Forecasting tool and general parameters of Prognoz Platform 9, use the Parameters dialog box.

To open the Parameters dialog box, select the Tools > Parameters main menu item. The item is available if a model is opened in the working area.

Use the Modeling group of tabs. Determine settings on the following tabs:

Interface. Set scenario modeling parameters, parameters of forming variable names and the set of tabs displayed on results panel.
Calculation. Set calculation options. If calculating of descriptive statistics and diagnostic tests requires to use the R methods, select the Use R on Calculating Descriptive Statistics checkbox.

NOTE. The R methods are available if Prognoz Platform 9 has the R package connected. For details see the How to Set Up Integration with R? section.
