Data refresh is required after data is changed in the source.
Regular reports enable the user to:
Refresh entire report. Execute one of the operations:
Click the Refresh button on the toolbar.
Select the Refresh All Sheets item in the drop-down menu of the Refresh button.
Press F9.
Refresh sheet. Select the Refresh Sheet item in the drop-down menu of the Refresh button on the toolbar.
Reopen data sources. Select the Reopen Data Sources item in the drop-down menu of the Refresh button on the toolbar. When data sources are reopened, cache of sources and their nested objects is cleared.
Automatically Refresh Entire Regular Report. Click the Automatic Refresh button on the toolbar to set up report automatic refresh.
Data sources, report data is refreshed, formulas are recalculated. All refresh settings are saved along with the regular report.
Automatic refresh enables the user to refresh data with specified frequency.
