To set up outline for shapes of the Line type, use the Outline group of parameters on the parameters panel:
Open the Outline group of parameters
Set the parameters:
Style. Specify line style. Solid lines are used by default.
Color. Select line color in the drop-down palette or set it in the RGB or HEX format. If required, specify fill transparency degree.
Width. Set line width. If width is equal to zero, the line is not displayed.
To reset the specified format settings, click the 
Delete button.
