Syntax

TInv(Probability, DegreesOfFreedom)

Parameters

Probability. Probability corresponding to two-tailed distribution. Available set values are taken from the [0, 1] range.

DegreesOfFreedom. The number of degrees of freedom describing the distribution. The value must satisfy the constraint: DegreesOfFreedom >= 1.

Description

The method returns t-value of the Student's distribution as a probability function and the number of degrees of freedom.

Comments

One-tailed t-value can be obtained by replacing the Probability argument with 2*Probability.
