The Type/Actuality page is used to set a type of calendar hierarchy and calendar period that should be described in the dictionary.
The following attributes can be determined on this page:
Calendar Type. Select the type of calendar hierarchy:
Annual – Semi-annual – Quarterly – Monthly – Daily.
Annual – (Semi-annual – Quarterly – 9 Months) – Monthly – Daily.
Annual – (Semi-annual – 9 Months) – Quarterly – Monthly – Daily.
Annual – Semi-annual – Quarterly – Monthly – Weekly – Daily.
Calendar dictionary levels are created depending on the selected dictionary type.
Year Starting and Year Ending. It is not necessary to define start and end year of a dynamic dictionary. In this case these data is requested on dictionary opening. To fix period start and end dates, specify necessary values in the respective Fix As boxes.
Reverse Order of Dictionary Items. The checkbox should be selected if dictionary elements should be in reverse order.
Shift Last Level One Point Forward. Select this checkbox to shift the names of dictionary elements one month forward. Select the Correct Hierarchy checkbox to change the dictionary structure in such a way that the elements with new names are placed in the right year; for example, if December 2000 has the parent element 2000, in the restructured dictionary, the parent element is 2001.
Replace Last Level Name with Date. Selecting this checkbox converts dictionary element names to dd.mm.yyyy type:
January 2000 => 01.01.2000
February 2000 => 01.02.2000
.......
December 2000 => 01.12.2000
