Cube Segments

Segments are used to set up access permissions to cube data. To manage segments, in the object navigator of the cube select the Segments context menu item. The wizard containing the following pages opens:

Database.
Segments.

NOTE. The current implementation allows only for setting up segments for standard cubes.

Cube segments can be created by the user or group of users who have permissions to create tables in database.
