The tool supports interface of Foresight Analytics Platform 9 or earlier.
To set up headers and footers on the page, execute the operations:
Go to the Header/Footer tab of the Page Settings dialog box:
In the combo-boxes of the Header/Footer tab select one of the predefined header and/or footer types, or create custom ones.
If it is required to set different headers and footers for even and odd pages, select the Different Headers and Footers for Even and Odd Pages checkbox. The checkbox is deselected by default. If the checkbox is selected, headers and footers for even and odd pages are set separately. If the checkbox is not selected, even and odd pages have identical settings for headers and footers.
To set special header or footer for the first page, select the Special Header/Footer for the First Page checkbox. The checkbox is deselected by default. If the checkbox is selected, the header or footer for the first page is set separately from headers and footers of the rest of pages. If the checkbox is not selected, identical headers or footers are displayed for all pages starting with the first one.
To edit header or footer, click the Set Up Header or Set Up Footer button respectively. The dialog box for editing headers and footers opens.
If headers and footers for all pages were previously set and then the Different Headers and Footers for Even and Odd Pages and/or Special Header/Footer for the First Page checkboxes were selected, by default the headers and footers set for all report pages are used as those for even, odd pages and for the first page.
If headers and footers for even and odd pages were previously set and then the Special Header/Footer for the First Page checkbox was selected, by default the header and footer set for odd report pages is used as that for the first page.
To set up special headers and footers, edit them.
