The ISmGreyForecast interface determines the parameters of the Grey forecast.
ISmGreyForecast
As opposed to the traditional statistics methods of time series analysis, which impose strict limitations on the linear model, the Grey forecast is suitable for forecasting behavior of non-linear time series. This is one of nonstatistical forecast method, and it is particularly effective when the number of observations is low.
