OnChange(Sender: Object; Args: IEventArgs);
Sender. The parameter that returns the component that has generated the event.
Args. The parameter that enables the user to determine event parameters.
The OnChange event occurs after the Text property of the edit component has been changed.
This property enables the user to react at once to the changes made by the user in the text edit component.
