Settings Influencing Foresight Analytics Platform Functionality

Apart from the settings that are determined in various platform tools and included into visual interface, there are settings specified in the registry. These settings may be missing by default but their creating (changing of their value) changes behavior of a single tool or the entire application of Foresight Analytics Platform. See below a list of these settings depending on the tool that they influence.

Registry key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foresight\Foresight Analytics Platform\10.0\Ui\] Parameter: MenuExpandTimeout	The REG_DWORD parameter that determines delay time of expanding items of the main menu, context menus and menu implemented on the ribbon. Time is specified in milliseconds. If parameter is not specified, the value determined in operating system settings is used.
Registry key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foresight\Foresight Analytics Platform\10.0\DevEnv\Debug] Parameter: ToolTipEvaluation	The REG_DWORD parameter that indicates whether the current variable values should be calculated when they are hovered, in the code debug mode. If the parameter is not specified or is set to 1, on hovering the mouse cursor on the variable a tooltip with the current variable value is displayed. To cancel variable value calculation, create the ToolTipEvaluation parameter that is set to 0.
Registry key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foresight\Foresight Analytics Platform\10.0\Fore] Parameter: CompileWebRestrictedAsm	The REG_DWORD value that allows for compilation of assemblies that are denied to be used in the web application. By default, the parameter is absent, the compilation generates an error if there is a link to the assembly that is denied to be used in the web application. If the user creates the CompileWebRestrictedAsm parameter and sets it to 1, assembly compilation is allowed.

Registry key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Foresight\Foresight Analytics Platform\10.0\Exception] Parameter: EMail	String parameter that determines email address inserted into the recipient field on sending platform error messages.
