The VisualizerLabelVerticalAlignment enumeration is used to position map layer labels vertically relative topobase position.
It is used by the following property:

| 0 | Top. Label at the top. |
| 1 | Center. Label in the center. |
| 2 | Bottom. Label at the bottom. |
