IMetabaseDefinitions.ReadFromRegistry

Syntax

ReadFromRegistry;

Description

The ReadFromRegistry method reads the settings of the connections of the repositories from the Metabases.xml file and from registry.

NOTE. This method can be applied on developing application using the resources of the platform.

When working in the platform the list of descriptions of repositories is loaded automatically (when the Studio.exe or PP.exe files are loaded). The recall of the method in this case will cause the error because of duplication of identifiers of descriptions contained in the registry and loaded on launching the platform.
