The RdsDictionaryElementDataOptions enumeration contains parameters of changing element attribute value.
It is used by the following method:
| Value | Brief description |
| 0 | Default. It is allowed to change only simple attributes. |
| 1 | AllowChangeParamAttribute. It is allowed to change value of an attribute linked with a parameter. |
