The AppServerState enumeration contains possible states of task scheduler.
It is used by the following method:
| Value | Brief description |
| 0 | Unknown. Unidentified state of the task scheduler. The task scheduler is possibly not launched. |
| 1 | Running. The task scheduler is launched. |
| 3 | Refreshed. The settings of the launched task scheduler are updated. |
