RdsDatabase: IRdsDatabase;
The RdsDatabase property determines an MDM repository for the created time series database.
The IRubricatorCreator.Measures and IRubricatorCreator.Units properties determine the dictionaries of measures and units for the created database.
The property use is given in the example for IRubricatorCreator.CreateRubricator.
