To refresh data on the current report sheet, click the Refresh button in the Report group of the Foresight ribbon tab.
Microsoft Excel reports enable users to set up report title.
To display report title:
Click the Title button in the View group of the Foresight ribbon tab.
Select a title format in the drop-down menu of the button:
Simple. Title is displayed as a text.
Control. Title is displayed as a hyperlink, clicking which opens a hierarchical list for selecting a dimension element.
NOTE. The Control title format is available only on using analytical queries (OLAP).
Once the title format is selected, the title of current report is displayed.
TIP. To quickly display report title, click the upper part of the Title button. Title is displayed as text for report.
To hide report title, release the Title button.
To set up title contents:
Switch the title to edit mode. To do this, double-click the title with the left mouse button. Title components are displayed as tags. For example: &[Name] &[Datasource] &[Date].
The title editing mode enables the user to add text manually or use placeholders in the Insert group on the Title ribbon tab, as report name, dimension selection, and current date/time.
NOTE. The Selection by Dimension placeholder is available only on using analytical queries (OLAP).
To exit the edit mode, click outside the title panel.
To set up format of the report title contents, use standard Font and Size drop-down lists, and text style buttons in the Font group on the Title ribbon tab.
To export a Microsoft Excel workbook to an express report of the PPEXPRESS format (*.ppexpress) or a client cube of the PPCUBE format (*.ppcube), click the Export button in the Export and Printing group on the Foresight ribbon tab. Specify the path to save export results in the dialog box for saving file.
