Editing Cell Contents

To set up format of the selected cells, select the Format item in the cell context menu. The Format dialog box opens with the Font tab. Use this dialog box to define cell contents formatting parameters.

To undo the last operation:

• Select the Undo item in the cell context menu.

• Press CTRL+Z or ALT+BACKSPACE.

To redo the undone operation:

• Select the Redo item in the cell context menu.

• Press CTRL+Y or SHIFT+ALT+BACKSPACE.

To cut cell contents to the clipboard:

• Select the Cut item in the cell context menu.

• Press CTRL+X or SHIFT+DELETE.

To copy contents of the selected cell to the clipboard:

• Click the Copy button in the Clipboard group of the Home ribbon tab.

• Select the Copy item in the cell context menu.

• Press CTRL+C or CTRL+INSERT.

To paste data to a selected cell from the clipboard:

• Click the Paste button in the Clipboard group of the Home ribbon tab.

• Select the Paste item in the cell context menu.

• Press CTRL+V or SHIFT+INSERT.

To select all contents of a selected cell, select the Select All context menu item.
