To save access protocol to file:
In the web application:
Click the 
Export button on the toolbar. After executing the operation, access protocol records are exported to a CSV (*.csv) file.
Select the file format in the drop-down menu of the Export button:
Export to CSV.
Export to CEF.
In the desktop application:
Select the Access Protocol > Save to File > Full Protocol/Current View main menu item.
Use CTRL+S.
After executing the operations, access protocol records are exported to a file with the selected format: *.pplog, *.csv, *.cef.

NOTE. The Access Protocol > Save to File item is renamed to Save As when an access protocol file is opened.
