The ReportBeforeObjectAngleChangeEventArgs class is used to work with parameters of the event occurring before object rotation.
The event occurs, if the IReportObjectChangeEventArgs.Type property value returned by the Args parameter in the OnBeforeObjectChange event of the ReportBox component is set to TabObjectChangeType.Angle component.
