Setting Up Business Processes Scheduler

Business processes scheduler is set up on the Scheduler page in the Setting Up Parameters and Administrating Business Processes dialog box:

Specify parameters:

• Client Execution. The radio button is selected by default. Processes are executed on the user local computer.

• Server Execution. Select the radiobutton to execute processes on server.On selecting the radiobutton, the following parameters are available:

• Actors. Set the number of tasks that will be created in the task container.

• Interval. Set the interval applied for actors start.

• URL BI Service. Set the BI service URL to execute the Calculation and Call Fore Method resourceintensive steps on BI server. By default the checkbox is deselected.

After changing the execution type, click the Apply button. The information window opens to confirm changes.
