Method for Working with WEB Resource

Proxying HTTP requests to other server. GET parameters are proxied for all requests.

GET parameters of request from mobile client are merged with GET parameters in resource settings on the control panel. If parameter is set in both client request and on the control panel, the parameter on the control panel is not used.
