Working with Report from Repository

The steps to work with a report from repository depend on the added report.

Working with Analytical Queries

1. If required, change and set up a data source.

2. Set up data table.

3. If required, set up dimension view and select dimension elements.

4. If required, add and set up chart.

5. If required, add and set up bubble chart.

6. If required, add and set up bubble tree.

7. If required, add and set up tree map.

8. If it is required, add single values or dimensions elements from cubes to the cells on the workbook sheet.

9. If required, refresh data.
10. If required, set up report title.
11. If required, export report.
12. If required, execute batch print or batch export of report.

13. Save report or its copy.

Working with Time Series

1. Get data.

2. Set up data table.

3. If it is required, add single values or dimensions elements from cubes to the cells on the workbook sheet.

4. If required, add and set up:

• Time and calculated series.

• Map.

5. Set up graphical data representation.

6. If required, validate data.

7. If required, execute data mining.

8. Save report or its copy.
