To show or hide table, press or release the

Table button on the View ribbon tab.

Data Table Structure

A data table consists of several main elements, each of them has its own settings.

NOTE. On selecting a table element the Table group of tabs on the side panel is renamed according to the selected element: if table heading or sidehead is selected, the tab is named Heading, when the corner is selected, it is named Corner, and when the data is selected, the tab is named Data.

To explain data in table cells, you can link attachments as files or URLs.

Differences in Table Functionality in the Desktop, Web and Mobile Applications

In the web application as in the desktop application, it is available to work with table. In the mobile application which implemented based on the Foresight Mobile Platform, the table is read-only. Depending on the application in use there are the following differences in table functionality:

For detailed information, see the Working with Table Data section.	• Data drop-down and drill-down are available. • It is available to exclude data from table in all tools, except the Reports tool. • Only data search is available. • It is available to search data using search object selection: value, text. • It is only available navigate one-by-one by found table cells. Working with table dimensions	• Dimension elements detailing is fully available. • It is available to fix dimension elements in table in all tools. The specified operation is executed on navigating by dimension element hyperlink. • It is available to fix dimension elements in table in all tools, except the Dashboards tool. Table data analysis	• It is available to set up conditional formatting in all tools. • Format additional setup is available on cell formatting. • It is available to display summary statistics in the status string and in the Summary Statistics dialog box. For details, see the Table Data Analysis section.	• It is available to set up conditional formatting in all tools, except the Reports tool. • It is available to display summary statistics only in the Summary Statistics dialog box. For details, see the Table Data Analysis section.	• Summary statistics are read-only. For details see the sections: Viewing Dashboards, Viewing Reports for Printing.
