To set up page headers and footers:
Open the Page Settings dialog box:
Select the main menu item:
Report > Print > Page Settings in regular reports
Data Entry/Output Form > Print > Page Settings in data entry forms.
Go to the Page Layout ribbon tab and click the button in the Page Settings group.
Go to the Header/Footer tab:
In the comboboxes of the Header/Footer tab select one of the predefined header and/or footer types, or create custom ones.
If it is required to set different headers and footers for even and odd pages, select the Different Headers and Footers for Even and Odd Pages checkbox. The checkbox is not selected by default. If the checkbox is selected, headers and footers for even and odd pages are set separately. If the checkbox is not selected, even and odd pages have identical settings for headers and footers.
To set special header or footer for the first page, select the Special Header/Footer for the First Page checkbox. The checkbox is deselected by default. If the checkbox is selected, the header or footer for the first page is set separately from headers and footers of the rest of pages. If the checkbox is deselected, identical headers or footers are displayed for all pages starting with the first one.

If the Different Headers and Footers for Even and Odd Pages checkbox was selected, the header and footer editing dialog box contains the Even Page Header/Footer and Odd Page Header/Footer tabs that are identical to the Header/Footer tab.

Save header or footer structure.
After executing the operations the created header or footer is added to the list of templates and is automatically set in the Header/Footer combobox.
