Microsoft SharePoint Integration

Foresight Analytics Platform supports integration with Microsoft SharePoint. The integration process requires individual approach to each project and includes development, tests and package builds according to project specificity and requirements. To prepare packages and solve questions linked to integration support, contact technical support by sending a request to support@fsight.ru or via technical support services, which are available after registration at the website.

This article is for information purposes only and it is a demo example of an application project integration.

To integrate Foresight Analytics Platform with Microsoft SharePoint, follow the steps:

  1. Deploy solution packages in Microsoft SharePoint.

  2. Activate deployed solutions.

  3. Add web parts of Foresight Analytics Platform to Microsoft SharePoint web page.

  4. Start platform tasks from Microsoft SharePoint workflow.

NOTE. For individual custom projects, the step order can be different.

It is also available to create a discussion of report from the desktop or web application of Foresight Analytics Platform at Microsoft SharePoint portal, if:

  1. The user account, under which the repository is entered, is registered at Microsoft SharePoint portal. To do this, contact the portal administrator.

  2. In repository parameters of the desktop application, Microsoft SharePoint portal address and a group where discussion is published, are specified.
