The IPPTimeLine interface contains properties for setting up dashboard speedometer timeline parameters.

	DelayDuration	The DelayDuration property determines animation delay time.
	HorizontalAlignment	The HorizontalAlignment property determines horizontal timeline alignment method.
	IsOverlap	The IsOverlap property determines whether timeline crosses speedometer.
	ReturnToInitialState	The ReturnToInitialState property determines whether timeline must be returned to initial state after animation end.
	StepDuration	The StepDuration property determines animation step duration.
	StepsNames	The StepsNames property determines an array of timeline step names.
	VerticalAlignment	The VerticalAlignment property determines vertical timeline alignment method.
	Visible	The Visible property determines whether timeline is displayed.
