When inputting values to the cell take into account the following:
The value is recognized as a text, if it contains space that is located less than in three symbols before the end. Otherwise, the value is recognized as a number. For example:
The "178 7" value is input. It is recognized as a text, and formatting rules for text are applied to it.
The "178 749" value is input. It is recognized as a number, and formatting for numbers are applied to it. For example: "178 749,00".
If the Date format is applied to the cell, the space is not recognized as a separator. Use the symbol, that is set in language and regional settings of the operating system, as a separator. For example:
The "05 07 2013" value is input. It is not recognized, data input error message appears.
The "05.07.2013" value is input. It is recognized as a date, and formatting for date is applied to it. For example: "5 July 2013".
If numeric value is set in the cell, font settings for a separate number cannot be changed. Font can be set up for the whole cell only.
On inserting a copied range to the selected range of the table, keep in mind the following features:
If selected range is bigger than the copied range, then:
If the N-cell range was copied and it is inserted to the N-fold range, the copied range is inserted as many times as the selected range allows it. For example, the range consisting of two cells is copied and is inserted to the range of eight cells, then the range of two cells is inserted four times.
If the N-cell range was copied and it is inserted in the M range, which is not N-fold, the copied range is inserted X times, where X is the result of integer division of M to N. For example, the three cell range is copied and it is inserted to the eight cell range, then the three cell range is inserted two times.
If selected range is smaller than the copied range, the selected range is automatically widened to the copied range sizes.
If the copied range is bigger than the size of the table, to which it is inserted, as many values are inserted as the table allows it.
NOTE. If the selected range contained any information, it is replaced.
On inputting and inserting values to the table, take into account the following features:
If the number format # ##0.00 was set in the table cell for the value, all data is shown as numbers with two decimal places.
If the value contains one separator as a point, the number is automatically transformed to the date format.
If the value contains date and the number format # ##0.00 is set in the cell, the date is presented as a number.
If the value contains two or more decimal digits and point as a separator, the number is presented as a line.
If the value contains several decimal digits, the number is rounded depending on the selected number format.
