Example of distribution file name explanationForesight Analytics Platform is delivered in different distribution files. Distribution files used only for 64-bit systems (labeled as x64) can address more memory compared to the 32-bit distribution files.
Distribution file name may also contain number of the version and assembly in the _N1.N2.NNN format, where:
N1. Product number.
N2. Version number.
NNN. Build number.

NOTE. To get distribution files of Foresight Analytics Platform, contact technical support by sending a request to support@fsight.ru or using technical support services, which are available after registration on the site.
There are distribution files of Foresight Analytics Platform that use the Reg-free COM registration technology. This technology allows for installing Foresight Analytics Platform without registering object classes and types libraries in the registry.
Technology advantages:
If there are prerequisites, Foresight Analytics Platform can be started without installation.
Multiple builds of the same release can be used at the same workstation.
NOTE. It is not possible to use the builds, installed using the Reg-free COM registration distribution files and distribution files not using this technology within one release.
Foresight Analytics Platform includes distribution files for 32/64-bit Windows operating systems. To ensure correct platform work, bitness of Foresight Analytics Platform and Windows must match.

Conventions:

To correctly connect to repository, bitness of Foresight Analytics Platform and Oracle client must match.
All distribution files (except for Add-in distribution files) contain a driver for working with SQLite DBMS.
NOTE. On using of distribution files that do not use Reg-free COM registration technology, only one software package (FP9Full, FP9Standard, FP9BIServer) of one release can be installed on one computer.
On working with security server, security server distribution file is provided and distribution files of client workstations that are used to work with security server. All distribution files that are used to work with security server use Reg-free COM registration technology.
Distribution file name includes additional prefix Sec:
FP9SecServerIIS. Security server for IIS web server is provided only for 64-bit systems.
FP9SecServerApache. Security server for Apache web server is provided only for 64-bit systems.
FP9SecBIServerIIS. BI server for IIS web server that is used to work via security server is provided only for 64-bit systems.
FP9SecBIServerApache. BI server for Apache web server that is used to work via security server is provided only for 64-bit systems.
FP9SecFull. Full complex of desktop application for working via security server.
FP9SecStandart. User desktop application for working via security server.
The versions that are used to work via security server do not have repository manager, connection is set up by means of the PP.Util.exe utility at the security server.

MSI help system installer:
FP9Help_RU.msi. Help system in Russian.
FP9Help_EN.msi. Help system in English.
To automatically install prerequisites and help systems during Foresight Analytics Platform installation, it is required that prerequisites folder and MSI help installers are to be stored in the same directory with the Foresight Analytics Platform installer. Prerequisites are installed before installing Foresight Analytics Platform, whereas help systems are installed after. The list of installed applications of Foresight Analytics Platform programs and each help system will have different records (see Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs). On deleting Foresight Analytics Platform the help systems are automatically deleted.
NOTE. If on installing Foresight Analytics Platform Russian, Ukrainian or Kazakh language was selected, the Russian help system is automatically installed, otherwise the English help system is installed. If the required help installer is not found, the existing help system is installed, independently on the selected language.
The help system can be installed separately by starting a help system installer.
NOTE. If under one transaction a number of installers are started, on occurring an error in one of them, all of the installations will be rolled back including the Foresight Analytics Platform installation. To successfully install Foresight Analytics Platform using a remote connection (RemoteDesktop), the installer folder must not contain MSI files of the help system. For details see the Installation Features section.
