Description

The List class implements basic properties and methods for working with collections.

Syntax

PP.initClass(PP.List, PP.Object, "List");

Properties

	Property name	Brief description
	Items	The Items property sets the array of the collection items.

Methods

	Method name	Brief description
	add	The add method adds an element to the collection.
	clear	The clear method removes all objects from the collection.
	contains	The contains method determines whether the collection includes the specified element.
	getCount	The getCount method returns the number of collection elements.
	getItem	The getItem method returns the collection element by the specified index.
	indexOf	The indexOf method returns index of the specified collection element.
	insert	The insert method inserts an element to the specified position.
	insertBefore	The insertBefore method inserts an element to the position before the specified element.
	remove	The remove method removes the specified element from the collection.
	setItem	The setItem method writes the element to the specified position in the collection.

	Changed	The Changed event occurs after changing collection state.
	Changing	The Changing event occurs on changing collection state.

	Data	The Data property associates a random object with this component.
	Id	The Id property sets component identifier.
	Settings	The Settings property sets the component parameters.

Methods inherited from the class Object

	Method name	Brief description
	clone	The clone method creates a copy of object. It is not implemented in PP.Ui.Control.
	dispose	The dispose method deletes the component.
	getTypeName	The getTypeName method returns the name of the object type without the namespace, to which it belongs.
