Wizard is a program that guides user through multi-step tasks. Each step of a task is shown on a separate wizard page.
To move to each next page of the wizard, the user should fulfill all the requirements on the current page and click the Next button. If not all the requirements are fulfilled, the Next button is unavailable, or an appropriate message is displayed.
NOTE. The wizards are available in the desktop application only.
Some wizards support object creation and object editing.
When creating an object, the user needs to go through wizard pages step by step to finish the work.
On editing an object the user can click the Finish button on any wizard page to exit the wizard.
Wizards creating and editing repository objects contain the Basic Properties mandatory page and can also contain the Object Parameters page.
