The MapChartArrowEffectsMode enumeration is used to determine map arrow highlight mode.
It is used by the following property:

StartShape. Highlighting of arrows that move from the area. |

EndShape. Highlighting of arrows that move to the area. |
Arrows are highlighted on mouse over on the area, to which or from which arrows move.
