Secured: Boolean;
The Secured property determines whether access permissions to MDM dictionary elements are controlled. Default property value is False, if property value is True, the dictionary contains four attributes READACCESS, WRITEACCESS, DELETEACCESS, and ACCESSACCESS that control the rights to read, write, delete and change permissions for a specific element.
