BorderPen: Prognoz.Platform.Interop.Drawing.GxPen;
The BorderPen property determines pen style for tooltip contour on the chart.
To set color of tooltip contours, it is required that the IChartHint.UseIndicatorColorForBorder property is set to False.
The property use is given in the example for IChartHint.CustomFormat.
