IncludeZero: Boolean;
The IncludeZero property determines whether zero should be enabled on an axis.
If the property is set to True, zero is displayed on the axis. If the property is set to False, zero is not displayed.
The default value of this property is False.
Displaying zero on the Y axis is available if for the Y axis:
IChartAxis.Max and IChartAxis.Min has the fixed range of values, including zero. And the minimum value is much greater than zero.
IChartAxis.AutoMin parameter has the True value.
