After solution packages are deployed - the second step of Prognoz Platform 9 integration with Microsoft SharePoint is to add the web part containing the Prognoz Platform 9 report to the Microsoft SharePoint site page.
Adding the web part of Prognoz Platform 9 to the Microsoft SharePoint web page requires the following:
Prognoz.P9.Webparts.wsp file is the solution where the web part of Prognoz Platform 9 is created that is further added to Microsoft SharePoint web page. The web part allows displaying any report (express report, regular report, dashboard and so on) on the web page.
NOTE. To get the Prognoz.P9.Webparts.wsp file, contact helpdesk support support@fsight.ru or use helpdesk support services, which are available after registration on the site.
A workstation with installed and configured Microsoft SharePoint services (the manual contains settings for Microsoft SharePoint 2013).
Step 1. Deploy the Prognoz.P9.Webparts.wsp solution at the Microsoft SharePoint portal.
To do this, execute all steps from the Solution Package Deployment in Microsoft SharePoint manual.
NOTE. Updating the web part is described on the Updating the Web Part page.
Step 2. Place the web part of the deployed solution to the gallery of web parts, where it will be available for adding to the web page:
Type <portal address>/_layouts/newdwp.aspx in the address bar of the browser. It will open the page with a list of new web parts.
Select the Prognoz.P9.Webparts.PP9ReportWebprt.PP8Webpart web part from the list and then click the Populate Gallery button.
The web part is added to the web part gallery and is available for adding to the page (by default, from the Miscellaneous folder).
NOTE. Removing the web part from the gallery is described on the Removing the Web Part from the Gallery page.
Step 3. Add the web part to the page:
Create a new page: click the button in the upper right corner of the Microsoft SharePoint web page and select the Add Page item. The page editor opens. Go to the Insert ribbon tab and click the Web Part button.
In the Categories list select the Miscellaneous folder, to which the web part is added. Select the web part in the Parts window and click the Add button:
The added web part is displayed on the page as a rectangle. Set up parameters of the added web part. To do this, click the arrow in the top right corner of the rectangle and select the Edit Web Part item:
The side panel opens in the right part of the page to set up web part parameters. On the Appearance, Layout and Advanced tabs, the standard parameters of the Microsoft SharePoint web part are set up. To set up the displayed report use the Report Webpart Settings tab:
The following settings are required:
§ Server name. The path to BI services, for example, http://localhost/PPBI_App_v9/axis2/services/PP.SOM.Som.
§ Object. The key of the repository object, which will be displayed in the web part.
§ Type. Object repository type. The available options: OLAP (express report), Report (regular report), Workbook, Modeling (modeling variable), Dashboard.
§ Scheme. Repository identifier.
§ User Name. Repository user name.
§ Password. A password to enter the repository.
§ View mode. Object mode: Open - view mode, Edit - edit mode.
Apply selecting required options, click the Apply button, then the OK button. The selected report is added to the page.

After the Prognoz Platform 9 web part is added to the Microsoft SharePoint site page, launch platform tasks frim the Microsoft SharePoint workflow.
Adding of web part with another platform version to the one server is the same as a simple adding of the Prognoz Platform 9 web part to the Microsoft SharePoint site page. Each web page is a file with unique name and identifier. The name and title of web parts contains suffixes of platform release to provide visual difference between added web parts:
